The April issue of the journal "Inventor and rationalizer" published an article by Anatoly Yunitskiy "Interchange, outer space, circular" (in Russian).

The author presents in this article his program of large-scale space exploration, where the entire industry of the planet may be brought out with the help of the General Planetary Vehicle (GPV). After all, there are no and will never be a completely environmentally friendly production plants. Humanity has only one way of the unlimited development - bringing industries outside of the biosphere, i.e. in the near-earth space. All the necessary technological advantages for the industries are available in space: zero gravity, vacuum, high and cryogenic temperature, unlimited raw materials, energy and spatial resources.
