Conclusion report of the USSR Federation of cosmonautics on the proposal for geospace circular transport system

Member of the Science & Technology Council, Head of a sector at the USSR Federation of cosmonautics, PhD in Engineering Science M. Belousov provided his conclusion report on the proposal for a geospace circular transport system. The conclusion states that "... this device can also be used as an energy storage unit, and technical achievements in its implementation - to create a transportation system."
