EcoTechnoPark object: complex for longitudinal launching of trussed-string track structure

The complex is designed for carrying out transport overpass mounting by launching the trussed-string track structure to the supports already mounted on the track.

EcoTechnoPark object: complex for longitudinal launching of trussed-string track structure

At the construction stage, the complex is located on one of anchor supports. It consists of the guide section, auxiliary support providing temporary backup, immediately traction equipment, as well as devices providing precise positioning of the trussed-string overpass on supports. Also, the complex includes the welding section, where the parts of trussed-string overpass are mechanically connected.

Dimensions: L × B × H = 18 × 12.5 × 3 m.

The complex for longitudinal launching of trussed-string track structure is designed for construction of string-rail overpasses in any, including hard-to-reach, area. It is the most cost-effective way for construction of long-distance sections of transport overpasses. It will allow to save up to 500 thousand USD/km during construction of "second level" roads (for every million km of built SkyWay roads, the economy will make, correspondingly, up to 500 bln USD).

Along with significant resource saving during construction of string-rail overpasses, the complex for longitudinal launching of track structure will make it possible to implement minimally manned, low-cost and highly efficient construction technology for the network of "second level" roads on the planet - at the speed of up to 1 km per day for one team at each targeted project. Then, in the 21st century, humanity will be able to meet the ambitious challenge to replace the existing transport and infrastructure complex with safer, more comfortable, more cost-effective and ecologically friendlier - SkyWay.

For reference:
in the 20th century, an average construction intensity of automobile roads with hard surface on the planet made 350 thousand km per year.
