At the end of October, the Supervisory audit of the labor protection management system and the environmental management system was held in Unitsky String Technologies Co. Experts of the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Belarusian State Institute of Metrology” checked the compliance of the Company’s work with the requirements of the Standards of the Republic of Belarus 18001-2009 and ISO 14001-2017 in the National system of conformity confirmation of the Republic of Belarus.

The purpose of the audit was to confirm the effectiveness of the occupational safety management system and the environmental management system as a whole. And also to check their relevance and compliance with previously issued certificates.

Periodic conformity assessment (Supervisory audit) of the Company’s management systems is carried out annually during the entire three-year period of validity of certificates.

This time the auditor noted a significant development in the field of innovative SkyWay developments, major changes in EcoTechnoPark and coordinated team work of the Company’s professionals. He also appreciated the high level of organization of production processes, a serious approach to ensuring labor safety of employees and focus on preserving the environment. The auditor also paid attention to the modern equipment that is fitted at all manufacturing sections. It not only allows to increase the scale and raise the quality of work, but also minimizes the risks of injuries and emergencies.

However, this audit is not the last. Therefore, the specialists of the Department of standardization and certification of management systems were advised recommendations that will improve activities in the field of ecology and labor protection.

In the last decade of November, the Company expects another Supervisory audit, this time in the international conformity assessment system.
