A new office building of Unitsky String Technologies Co.

The team of SkyWay project organization will soon change it place of residence: design bureaus are moving to an office building in Zheleznodorozhnaya street in Minsk — “SV Plaza” business center. The nine-storey office building with a total area of above 12,000 m² has completely passed into the ownership of Unitsky String Technologies Co.

Acquisition of the new building is due to many factors. The most important of them is the growth of the staff at SkyWay developer Company. Already today it is more than 50 structural subdivisions and about 1,000 employees.

Moving to a new location will allow the company to set up a research and production cluster of string technologies, as well as significantly improve communication between structural subdivisions, which, in turn, will allow them to quickly solve the tasks posed for them. In addition, this step will reduce operating expenses by optimizing rental costs.

In parallel, SkyWay project organization is building new production facilities with the aim to supply the first commercial projects in a timely manner and in full.
