XVI Tsiolkovsky Readings

The USSR Federation of cosmonautics in the person of cosmonaut Viktor Savinykh invited inventor Anatoly Yunitskiy to make a report at the XVI Tsiolkovsky Readings, devoted to the research of scientific heritage and development of Konstantin Tsiolkovsky's ideas.

The report by Anatoly Yunitskiy "Problems of space industrialization and general planetary vehicle" aroused great interest among the participants of the Readings, as the idea of the equatorial circular train has been already expressed by Tsiolkovsky in his book "Daydreams about earth and sky".
