Anatoly Yunitskiy's inventions in the field of integrated circuits
Anatoly Yunitskiy has received two Author's Certificates for inventions in the field of integrated circuits:
- "Die block for punching slots in the opposite walls of hollow thin-walled parts" (Author's Certificate No. 1292876). The invention relates to the equipment for punching slots in the walls of hollow parts of mainly rectangular cross section type in integrated-circuit packages. The purpose of the invention is to improve the durability of the die and components quality by improving the reliability of waste disposal and cooling the cutting edges of stamping punches and master forms;
- "Automatic die block" (Author's Certificate No. 1296266). The invention relates to the field of metal processing by cold die forming, in particular for the manufacture of blank parts for integrated-circuit packages. The invention provides increased performance, service life of the die and the quality of produced parts.
