Anatoly Yunitskiy's monograph "String transport systems: on Earth and in space"

Anatoly Yunitskiy's monograph "String transport systems: on Earth and in space" is published. The book summarizes author's scientific research within the period 1977-1995.

The book was the first to present the theory, development status, prospects and key results of researching high-speed ground transport with the motion along a string track structure, as well as a non-rocket space vehicle in the form of a circular string system overlapping the planet in a plane parallel to the equator.

The monograph includes scientific results obtained thanks to the grants from the USSR Federation of cosmonautics (1986-1988) and the Soviet Peace Fund (1988). The author devoted to research all his free time, since at that time he worked as a leading engineer in Gomel Road-building Trust (1977-1978), a leading engineer and the Head of the Patent Bureau at the Institute of mechanics for metal polymer systems under the Byelorussian Academy of Sciences (1979-1988), the General Director of the Center for scientific and technical creativity of youth "Star world" (1988-1990) and a farmer in Anatoly Yunitskiy's farming enterprise (since 1991).
