General designer of "New Transport Lines" Anatoly Yunitskiy answered questions of the correspondent from the newspaper "Construction and real estate"

Construction of one kilometer of high-speed railway costs about USD 10 million. Launching trains on magnetic suspension will cost minimum USD 50 million per kilometer of the line. Millions of dollars have to be paid to arrange a kilometer of a modern highway. A kilometer of the String Transport System under the conditions of Belarus will not cost above 500 thousand dollars.
