Official presentation of the UST track structure using a 150-meter stand in real dimensions took place in the town of Ozyory near Moscow arranged by the experts of "Unitsky SPC".

Customers, representatives of mass-media and public who came to the presentation were demonstrated the key building principles and engineering solutions used for the UST construction with a pilot section of the UST used as an example.

The presentation gave obvious and convincing evidence proving the working capacity and promise of the UST system as a whole.

On October 26, 2001 the Government telegram was received addressed to the name of the General Director of "Unitsky SPC". It was signed by Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Mr. Romanov and read: "I welcome participants of the demonstration of the testing stand of the string transportation system. Hope that new advanced modes of public transportation will appear in the streets of Russian cities in the nearest time. I wish every success to the developers of the string transportation system in putting into life the advanced transportation technologies".

Arrival of the Governor of Krasnoyarsky Krai Alexander Lebed to the pilot section was one of the most significant events in the course of the presentation. The Governor said the words of approval and support to the author of the project and noted the actuality and great promise of the UST especially in its application for the comprehensive development of Siberia and Far North of Russia.
