In accordance with the Agreement No. 073-I-10 of 11/05/2010 the estimation of the market value of the exclusive right to the know-how "String technologies of Unitsky at the start-up stage" was undertaken by the appraisers of "Independent Expertise 21st Century" Ltd.

The market value of the exclusive right to the know-how "String technologies of Unitsky at the start-up stage" as of 15/05/2010 is estimated at 1,034,000,000 US dollars (one billion thirty four million).
