The market value of the exclusive right to the know-how in Unitsky String Technology, required for the project "Australian radial-ring high-speed string railway network" accounts for 57 680 007 000 Australian dollars

According to the agreement No. 018-I-12 of 7 February 2012 the appraisers of "Independent Expertise XXI century" Ltd conducted estimation of the market value of the exclusive right to the know-how in Unitsky String Technology, required for the project "Australian radial-ring network of high-speed string railways "Brisbane - Sydney - Melbourne - Adelaide - Perth - Darwin - Brisbane ("Darwin - Port Augusta", "Brisbane - Port Hedland") with the total length of 17,600 km".

Estimation of the market value of the evaluation object was made on the basis of:

  • analysis of legal, technical, statistical and other documentation;
  • the use of all possible approaches to evaluation.

The market value of the exclusive right to the know-how in Unitsky String Technology, required for the project "Australian radial-ring network of high-speed string railways network "Brisbane - Sydney - Melbourne - Adelaide - Perth - Darwin - Brisbane ("Darwin - Port Augusta", "Brisbane - Port Hedland") with total length of 17,600 km", as of 7 February 2012, accounts for 57 680 007 000 Australian dollars (fifty-seven billion six hundred eighty million seven thousand AUD), equivalent 47 309 088 110 Euro, including parts of the transport network:

  1. "Brisbane - Sydney" (820 km) — 2 687 363 963 AUD.
  2. "Sydney - Melbourne" (810 km) — 2 654 591 231 AUD.
  3. "Melbourne - Adelaide" (730 km) — 2 392 409 381 AUD.
  4. "Adelaide - Perth" (2870 km) — 9 405 773 869 AUD.
  5. "Perth - Port Hedland" (1600 km) — 5 243 637 000 AUD.
  6. "Port Hedland - Catherine" (1770 km) — 5 800 773 431 AUD.
  7. "Catherine - Townsville" (1850 km) — 6 062 955 281 AUD.
  8. "Townsville - Brisbane" (1150 km) — 3 768 864 094 AUD.
  9. "Brisbane - Port Hedland" (3600 km) — 11 798 183 250 AUD.
  10. "Darwin - Port Augusta" (2400 km) — 7 865 455 500 AUD.
