The production and assembly workshop is a building with dimensions of 24×60 m. The building is of a framed type with a flat roof having planting. Inside the building, there are administration and amenity facilities. The workshop is designed for mounting, assembly and welding of string-rail track structure, mounting of unibuses, electric motor-in-wheels, automated control system, etc.

The production and assembly workshop design is specially developed to implement the tasks of straightline production of string-rail track structure and supports, assembly of rail automobiles - unicars and unibuses - and transport infrastructure SkyWay elements.

Construction of production and assembly workshop on EcoTechnoPark territory is the beginning of creation of own high-quality production for SkyWay Group - plants, factories, production sites. In the future, they will be scaled for targeted projects on all continents of the planet. In this workshop, there will also be created and tested numerous innovative production accessories and equipment, containing know-how. Without this stage, it will be impossible to create in the future the technology of straightline minimally manned and high-efficiency construction and manufacturing of pre-stressed string-rail overpass, intermediate and anchor supports, rolling stock and infrastructure for targeted projects on all continents of the planet.
