EcoTechnoPark: steel intermediate support

On February 10, 2016, builders have completed the installation of the last steel intermediate support for the urban SkyWay transportation complex. Structural elements were welded together and its assembly was finished. Why did we have to do 17 reinforced concrete supports and one made of steel? The answer is in the video:
