SkyWay project for Gusinoozyorsk regional hydroelectric power plant

We publish the minutes of the meeting (in Russian) of the leadership of the Republic of Buryatia, Russia, which was attended by staff members of SkyWay Technologies Co. The document contains a recommendation to SkyWay Technologies Co. together with the Gusinoozyorsk GRES and OJSC "Ugolny razrez" ("Open-pit coal mine") to draw up a business plan on the construction of SkyWay innovative transport type to deliver coal from open-pit coal mines of Buryatia to Gusinoozyorsk GRES.
 

The Head of the Republic of Buryatia Alexey Tsydenov is a prominent and active supporter of innovative solutions to develop transportation industry. It was under his leadership that the Expert Council on enhancing the innovativeness of public procurement under the Ministry of transport of Russia noted the prospects and supported the transport technology with the use of track infrastructure located on supports.

Mr. Alexey Tsydenov is confident that "Buryatia needs to develop employment, mineral deposits and to improve transportation infrastructure and tourism". Presumably, having a good pool of business contacts and expertise, the Head of the Republic immediately paid attention to the development of cooperation with SkyWay Technologies Co.

The targeted projects Department of SkyWay Technologies Co. has prepared two projects (feasibility studies) for the delivery of coal from two open-pit coal mines in the Republic of Buryatia, as well as the concept of producing humus at Gusinoozyorsk GRES. The documents are already submitted for consideration to the Ministry of industry and trade of the Republic of Buryatia.
