OnAir is in EcoTechnoPark again

Representatives of the magazine OnAir have visited the testing and certification center for SkyWay technology - EcoTechnoPark. During the visit, the journalists witnessed performance trials of SkyWay rolling stock at different parts of the track and also had the opportunity to talk to the General designer Anatoly Yunitskiy.

One of the topics discussed was the comparison of SkyWay unibus with Tesla electric car, by which the journalists arrived.

This subject had been already covered on the website. At the time of that publication with a comparative analysis of SkyWay and Tesla effectiveness, the unibus was at the development stage, which became a reason for discontent among skeptics, who claimed the impossibility of comparing a concept with a functioning model. And now, after less than two years, the unibus became not only a reality, but is also successfully proving its technical advantages in practice.

The OnAir editorial board has long been interested in the development of the string transport technology: publications on SkyWay were released in the September and December issues of the magazine in 2016.
