Residents of Astana - the capital of Kazakhstan - addressed to Akim (head of local authorities) Mr. Aset Isekeshev with the request to adopt the Unitsky String Transport in the city and solve numerous congestion problems of the megalopolis. The concern of Astana residents is understandable considering that Kazakhstan, the country located in the central part of Eurasia, is actively modernized striving to set the standard for the whole region.

The people share in their letter not only hopes but also sorrows caused by the oddness when implementing some "advanced" developments - "Being a country that hosts the International Exhibition "EXPO-2017" and advocates for the use of alternative energy sources (green energetics), it is inconsistent that outdated types of technology move at this same exhibition. This fact cannot but disappoint us, the residents of the city."

However, it has become much easier in the high-tech age to collect signatures for the noble cause and draw the attention to the good solution. This is exactly what the Kazakhs, not indifferent to their hometown and native country, did, - "Taking into account the above said, we, the undersigned residents of Astana, urge you to consider the question of implementing the SkyWay technology in our city on the route Astana International Airport - Astana Railway Station - Railway Station "Nurly Jol" and further in many basic directions of the city. We also invite you to participate in the historical event - EcoFest - which is to take place on July 1 this year in Minsk, where the Yunitskiy's SkyWay string technology will be demonstrated live."
