EcoTechnoPark: new stage of running tests with unibike

Last week we informed you that work was continued on the sagging section of the lightweight passenger transport system in SkyWay EcoTechnoPark, and you witnessed testing of a unibike. At the end of the report we announced the invitation to participate in its laps on the whole track structure (on straight and sagging sections) that were scheduled for the current week.

Our engineers have kept their word and today we are ready to show you how it was, with the comments from the Head of the project design Bureau on chassis at SkyWay Technologies Co. Sergey Sosinovich, who led the work of the team of testers during a visit of the film crew to the SkyWay center for testing, demonstration and international certification located in Maryina Gorka.

On the day of running tests on the section of the lightweight urban track, the unibike that exceeded the speed calculated for the 800-m section and accelerated today up to 102 km/h.

Translation of the video:

Mikhail Kirichenko: Hallo everybody! Here is Mikhail Kirichenko with you. You are watching SkyWay news, where we tell you about the developments and implementation of breakthrough transport technologies. Today we have a really epic event. It is for the first time in SkyWay EcoTechnoPark located near the town of Maryina Gorka that comprehensive running tests go on with a fully completed rolling stock, unibike this time, on a fully completed track structure. We are going to ask the Head of the project design Bureau on chassis Sergey Sosinovich to comment on what is being tested and checked today. Hallo, Sergey!

Sergey Sosinovich: Good afternoon!

M.K.: Please confirm or specify my words.

S.S.: Really, today we are carrying out here field tests in real conditions with the unibike vehicle designed by us. The purpose is to determine maximum traction dynamic features of this vehicle, their comparison with some calculated data already in real conditions of EcoTechnoPark. We are checking it on two types of tracks. In addition, we are working out the motion cycle on the lightweight sagging looped track structure. We also checked the motion of the pod on the up-gradient at the sagging structure, its maximum operating speed that allows not to exceed the required organomic parameters for passengers. Primarily, it is the vertical acceleration. We are also developing and checking the controlled descent on the sagging structure.

M.K.: Thank you very much. Sign up to our YouTube channel. Stay tuned for the news update at our official website. Support our project and you will always have the most interesting things ahead. Like now. The newsreel is over, the movie starts. Enjoy yourselves!

BUILD SKYWAY — SAVE THE PLANET!

M.K.: As you see, our super-modern quadcopter failed to follow the unibike that exceeded the speed calculated for the 800-m section and accelerated today up to 102 km/h.
