SkyWay at Belarusian-Indian business forum

India, New Delhi. General designer and Deputy General Director for development of SkyWay project designing organization became a part of the official delegation from Belarus, representing the interests of the national economy at the business forum on September 11. The event was timed to the visit of the President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko to India. As a result of the participation, SkyWay officials have signed three agreements: with one of the Indian States, with a port, as well as in the framework of the development program "Smart Cities". SkyWay participation in the event received media coverage in both countries, and also interested some Russian media.

In the interviews given by Anatoly Yunitskiy and Victor Baburin, they have outlined the Company's marketing strategy in the region. Basically, the Company intends to focus on "ensuring affordable transport services in such areas that were largely ignored before". We are talking about the market segment where SkyWay will be able to avoid competition with the major transport corporations.

Translation of the video:

TV presenter: India supports the projects related to the "green economy" and, especially, those on infrastructure. "Belkommunmash" factory is planning to enter this market with their electric buses and the private innovation called SkyWay is represented by its author and General Designer.

Anatoly Yunitskiy: It's a fundamentally new mode of transport. In India, we have already pre-orders for several projects. These are freight transportation of coal to a power plant, urban traffic, container haulage to a port and intercity transportation. It is a Belarusian development, Belarusian innovation. It is of a great demand in India, where there is 1.3 billion people, but communications are insufficient and the infrastructure is not properly developed. We can help here. We have already set up here Companies jointly with the Indian side. They are allocating to us land plots for test sites.
