SkyWay cargo route: assembly of the elements of the first U-turn

Work continues in EcoTechnoPark at the section of the cargo complex. In particular, assembly of the elements for the track structure of the first U-turn are in process - at the moment about 60% of the total number of metal structures are mounted.

Preparatory work is going on at the second U-turn of the cargo line, waterproofing is completed and backfilling is being done with a layer-by-layer compaction of soil into the outside drainage pit of the loading/unloading terminal.

M.K.: Tell us what you are doing here now. As I see the main work is in process at the cargo track.

S.Z.: Right. Today we are assembling and mounting metal structures at the first U-turn of the cargo line. We have assembled and arranged 60% of them. We are welding them together and adjusting according to the project design position now.

M.K.: It seems some work starts at the second U-turn, too. Metal structures are already delivered there. What is going on there?

S.Z.: We are doing preparatory work for assembling metal structures there. We have finished waterproofing. Now we are backfilling it with layer-by-layer compaction of soil.

M.K.: Do you mean our favorite outside drainage pit?

S.Z.: That's right. We are speaking about the outside drainage pit.
