A representative of SkyWay Technologies Co. took part in the project by Kazan University

An event to promote science and engineering expertise "Engineering slam" was held in Kazan on December 6 in the framework of specialized exhibitions "Mechanical Engineering. Metalworking. Kazan" and "TechnoWelding". The project was initiated by professors and students of the Institute of Innovation Management under Kazan National Research Technological University with the support from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The format of the event implied informal reports by experts in the field of scientific and technical research and developments under the conditions of digitalization in the economy and Industry 4.0. One of the speakers was Vadim Savchenko, chief designer of the urban transport complex of SkyWay Technologies Co. In his report "SkyWay Technologies: Principles of Transport Systems and Prospects", he explained to the audience the advantages of SkyWay transport systems over the conventional modes of transport, as well as complex and non-trivial engineering problems that are solved by professionals of SkyWay developer-company.
