Whatson.ae called SkyWay one of five important ideas of the World Government Summit

The World Government Summit is a "showcase" of the most significant projects and ideas of our time. The most influential people of the world spoke at it, their audience included representatives of the governments of the most advanced countries of the world. A lot of different events took place during the summit, it would be impossible to keep track of all of them. Therefore, the Arab news portal whatson.ae has prepared a brief overview of five most important ideas expressed at this event. All of them relate mainly to the qualitative change in the welfare and lifestyle of the United Arab Emirates.

SkyWay technologies got their place in the list:

"Dubai aims to make a quarter of journeys autonomous by 2030

HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, reviewed two models of the Sky Pods, a mobility system being tested by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). The Sky Pods form part of the RTA's initiatives aimed at addressing the future of Dubai's mobility needs, and converting 25 per cent of total journeys in Dubai into autonomous journeys on various transit means by 2030."
