The information service of SkyWay Group of Companies continues to report to you on the most significant news of the project. Among them is the expansion of the production floors of SkyWay Technologies Co., where the rolling stock of SkyWay transport is being created.

Just over a month ago, we spoke for the first time about the process of building a new production workshop. At that time, we found out that additional space was needed to produce rolling stock for the UAE and preparation for serial production.

Today we talked again with the construction manager Oleg Kudyolko and learned from him what we managed to do and how accurately the requirements on the terms, cost and quality of the new facility were observed.

Mikhail Kirichenko: Hallo! Here is Mikhail Kirichenko with you. You are watching SkyWay news reporting on the developments and implementation of breakthrough transport technologies. Our today's report is from the construction site, where a new production facility of SkyWay Technologies Co. is being built. We are talking today with Oleg Kudyolko, Head of construction work.

M.K.: Good afternoon, Oleg!

Oleg Kudyolko: Good afternoon!

M.K.: Tell us, please, what has changed at your site since our last meeting?

O.K.: We have really done certain progress during several last weeks. Today we are fining the assembly of the building framework. It is already completed by 95%. Last time you saw it without fencing panels. Today they are installed. We will finish assembly of the roof in a week. It is approaching the completion now. You can see the erection gang behind you. They are passing and completing the last spans. At this first floor we are concreting solid-cast sections. They will be filled up with concrete today. Our sub-contractors are proceeding with the installation of gates. They are assembling frameworks for themselves to install the gates. There appeared window makers, who started to fill window apertures of the main building right over there behind your back. The main thing is that today ventilation workers and sanitary technicians joined the process approximately 3 weeks ahead of the schedule. They are doing the systems of heating, ventilation and fire extinguishing. I can say that in general we are keeping up with the schedule. We are planning to finish the work in July this year and the building will be submitted for acceptance by the State Committee in August.

M.K.: Thank you very much. I hope, in spite of somebody's moving ahead of the schedule, all the others are not lagging behind either since we are keeping up-to-date with work. Am I right?

O.K.: Right you are. No one is lagging behind today. About 30 people are constantly working at the construction site. This number will increase in mid-March. The peak will be in April, when finishers in full team will appear and construction electricians will start to work. They are our allied suppliers.

M.K.: Actually you have answered all my questions on the deadline and the things expected in the near future. I don't know what else I could ask. It only remains to wish you success in keeping up with the schedule and, most important, with the quality. Since there is such a joke — while building, everything is observed except three components: terms, cost estimate and quality. I hope you are a lucky exception from this joke, aren't you?
