A delegation of Malaysian business circles visited SkyWay Technologies Co.

8,686 kilometers is exactly the distance between Minsk and Kuala Lumpur. With each passing day, the company-developer of SkyWay technology increasingly feels the urgency of transport problems in all regions of the planet: the design bureaus, production facility and EcoTechnoPark of SkyWay Technologies Co. have been visited recently by a delegation of Malaysian business circles, closely cooperating with their national government on State of Penang's transport infrastructure.

In general, Malaysia is characterized by one of the highest rates of economic development in Asia. From 1957 to 2005, the average annual GDP growth was more than 6%. After the economic crisis in Asia, which began in 1997, Malaysia's economy recovered much faster than that in neighboring countries. Recently, Penang has become one of the most visited places in Asia, the main center for business forums. Landmarks are scattered throughout the island. In addition, Penang is the third largest trading center in Malaysia after Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru, so it's not surprising that, despite positive development, the State's infrastructure is no longer able to cope with growing traffic flows.

Alongside with tourism, the State's economy is based on high-tech industries. It is here that the enterprises of the major international electronics manufacturers are located: AMD, Intel, Motorola, Hitachi, Bosch, Osram, B. Braun and many others.

We offer you to review the impressions of some members of the delegation from a trip to Belarus and the negotiations held with the management of SkyWay Technologies Co.:
