Buyback and exchange for tokens

The previous year in the history of the SkyWay project was filled with important events that allowed it to make another transition to a qualitatively new stage of its development. First of all, it is the strengthening of SkyWay positions in the international arena, establishing partnerships with new regions and developing new business models based on string transport systems.

Due to the successful implementation of development program, the management of the SkyWay Group of Companies decided to encourage investors who supported the project at the very beginning of its formation, and give them the opportunity to capitalize part of their own investment portfolio at the current stage.

Starting from January 1, 2020, the owners of investment shares of Euroasian Rail Skyway Systems Holding Limited can participate in the programs on buyback and exchange of shares for tokens. Investors with the date of birth up to 31.12.1944 inclusive can participate in the buyback campaign, and all investors of Euroasian Rail Skyway Systems Holding Limited without exception can exchange their shares for tokens.

Participants will receive more detailed information on the terms of the campaigns in the investor's personal account. If your personal account is only in an investment Fund, you need to register on the website rsw-systems.com specifying the same e-mail.

Terms of participation in the promotion campaign “Payback”

1. Only owners of investment shares of Euroasian Rail Skyway Systems Holding Limited are allowed to participate in the promotion campaign.
2. Investors who were born before 31.12.1944 inclusive can take part in the payback campaign.
3. The payback procedure can be performed only once.
4. The maximum number of shares available for payback is no more than 500,000.
5. If the total investment portfolio of the participant is less than 500,000, he can sell all available shares, or refuse to participate in the campaign.
6. Selling rate: 1 share = 1.2 US cent.
7. Duration of the promotion campaign: from January 1, 2020 to January 31, 2020 inclusive.
8. Payments against the promotion campaign will be made within six calendar months from the date of its completion.

Terms of participation in the promotion campaign “Share exchange for tokens”

1. Only owners of investment shares of the company Euroasian Rail Skyway Systems Holding Limited are allowed to participate in this promotion campaign.
2. The maximum number of investment shares available for exchange is 550.000.
3. The procedure of exchanging shares for tokens can be done only once.
4. If the total number of shares in the participant's investment portfolio is less than 550.000, the participant can exchange all available shares or refuse to participate in the promotion campaign.
5. Exchange rate: 55 investment shares = 1 SWG.
6. The promotion campaign is in effect until the exchange of 25 million tokens by its participants takes place.
