Memorandum on acquisition of exclusive rights to know-how
"Unitsky General Planetary Vehicle"

The owner of the exclusive rights to production secrets (know-how) on "Unitsky General Planetary Vehicle" (GPV) is the author, developer, General designer and owner of the know-how Anatoly Yunitskiy, resident of the Republic of Belarus (born on April 16, 1949 in the village of Kryuki, Bragin district, Gomel region, Republic of Belarus).

The priority of this Memorandum shall be ascertained as per the date of the previously announced by Anatoly Yunitskiy Memorandum on acquisition of exclusive rights to know-how "Unitsky General Planetary Vehicle" (Unitsky GPV) signed in Minsk on November 21, 2014.

Know-how "Unitsky General Planetary Vehicle" (Unitsky GPV) is a reusable geocosmic transport and infrastructure complex for non-rocket exploration of near-space with the purpose to create and operate near-Earth space industry in the future.

GPV project was developed by the author more than 40 years ago and during this time has been repeatedly examined and proven by calculations, which are detailed in his popular science publications ("Interchange, outer space, circular" in the popular science journal "Inventor and rationalizer", No. 4, 1982; "To the space ... by wheel" in a popular scientific journal "Technology for the Youth", No. 6, 1982; "The Planet's ring buoy" in the socio-political bulletin "XX Century and Peace", No. 5, 1987, etc.) and in scientific monographs ("String transport systems: on Earth and in space" - Gomel: "Infotribo", 1995 - 337 pages: illustrations.; "String transport systems: on Earth and in space" - Minsk: "Bielaruskaya navuka", 2017 - 379 pages, - ISBN 978-985-08-2162-1; etc.).

Priority on GPV technology is secured by engineer Anatoly Yunitskiy's filing of applications for issue of patents (author's certificates of the USSR) for the General Planetary Vehicle No. 2647206/23 (110283) "Vehicle" and No. 2803400/23 (114868) "Method of vehicle operation" submitted to the USSR State Committee for inventions and discoveries 40 years ago. The author was then denied in the issue of copyright protection in connection with the fact that, in the opinion of the expert examination, the GPV project is unrealizable in principle for resource reasons (allegedly, at that time the mankind had insufficient resources to implement this grand and ambitious project, although the author presented evidence to the contrary). In connection with the opened new circumstances, the author intends to return presently to the issue of patents on these applications for inventions with the initial priority.

In the process of works on creating and developing GPV technologies engineer Anatoly Yunitskiy has worked out fundamentally new ones starting from 1977:

  • General Planetary Vehicle including the principle of operation based on the implementation of the basic conservation laws (energy, momentum, angular momentum, etc.), layout structure and connections between nodes and components;

  • dynamics of GPV exit into outer space in the equatorial plane of the Earth and its maneuvering possibility relatively to the plane of the equator;

  • the design and principle of operation of an accelerator for speeding-up GPV rotor in a vacuum channel;

  • linear electric motor for speeding-up the rotor to space velocities;

  • launching overpass around the planet for the passage by land and by sea combined with high-speed ground transport including a specially made vacuum tube;

  • economic, financial, related to resources, geopolitical and philosophical aspects for justification of the inevitability of transferring the environmentally hazardous component of the earth's industry into near-Earth orbit and the transition of the earth's technocratic civilization to a new stage of post-industrial development - the cosmic stage - with a widespread use of space technological possibilities (zero gravity, deep vacuum, etc.), as well as spatial, energy, raw materials and other resources;

  • scientific justification of the fact that the earth's technocratic civilization has today all the necessary resources for the implementation of this most ambitious project in the history of mankind (in particular, finances, technologies, materials, structures, components and equipment, generating capacities, etc.), but there is an absence of will and understanding of the necessity and inevitability of this step to save civilization from the technosphere, which occupied the same niche as the biosphere, therefore, the degradation of the latter to complete elimination including its human (biological) component, is inevitable;

  • justification of the fact that the point of no return for the earth technocratic civilization may occur in 2-3 generations, after which its degradation and extinction will not be possible to stop;

  • diverse.

The GPV project is complex and includes thousands of items, components, parts, modules, assemblies, equipment, technologies and tools, both basic and auxiliary, - engineering, industrial, related to construction and infrastructure (including the creation of linear cities on the planet for living of billions of people in decent conditions, and space settlements in the orbit for millions of people to live in conditions more comfortable than on Earth), and communications (including the creation of communicational Transnet network "transport + power industry + communications" based on breakthrough SkyWay technology), agricultural (including the creation of fertile soils and humus for space settlements), related to power generating (including the creation of new types of power plants, both on Earth and in the outer space), informational (including the creation of information network wired through Transnet transport network), social, financial, earthly and cosmic, others - as well as their structural, technological and operational features and know-how, which incorporated the results of more than 40 years of intellectual, creative, scientific, experimental and production activities of the engineer, scientist and entrepreneur Anatoly Yunitskiy confirmed by numerous patents for inventions (over 100), many scientific papers (over 100) and monographs (18 pcs.), popular scientific articles (more than 200), technical, technological, structural and engineering know-how (above 100), and other results of intellectual activity of the author and the owner of this intellectual property.

Operational and technical features of GPV ensure transfer into the earth orbit during one flight of about 10 million tons of cargo and 1 million people to maintain the space industry (about 0.01% of the planet's population). In the future, GPV will be able to go out into space up to 100 times in a year. The cost of shipping each ton of payload onto the specified orbit (the prime cost of shipping by GPV will amount to about a thousand dollars per ton of cargo) would be several thousand times lower than that done by modern booster rockets (the average prime cost of shipping is about ten million dollars per ton of cargo). To achieve the results that GPV is capable to reach in a single year, the modern world space-rocket industry, in which trillions of dollars has already been invested, will require about a million years.

The analysis shows that with the freight traffic of 100 million tons per year and the efficiency factor of GPV electric drive equal to 90% or more, power feeding into its power network of the planet will be about 100 million kW. (For comparison: the capacity of the carrier rocket "Energy" is the same 100 million kW with its possibility to raise 100 tons of cargo into the space).

GPV also provides the possibility to stabilize the ozone level and control the condition of the ozone sphere of the whole planet due to a fair delivery of, for example, water (or oxygen) in the form of the ballast in the estimated quantity of about one million tons, which would allow to control the climate and weather both on the planetary and local levels with eco-friendly natural methods.

The project budget is estimated at 2 trillion US dollars (these expenses are equal to 3-4 military budgets of the United States bound to kill people, not to save them) during the implementation period of about 20 years. The humankind has all the necessary resources to implement the project. For example, the need for metal and concrete for GPV construction amounts to about 0.1% of world production.

On November 21, 2014, Anatoly Yunitskiy introduced the Regime of commercial secrecy regarding know-how "Unitsky General Planetary Vehicle" (Unitsky GPV). Based on articles 982 and 1010 of the Civil code of the Republic of Belarus, the author and the owner of know-how "Unitsky General Planetary Vehicle" Anatoly Yunitskiy has personal non-property and property rights, as well as the right to the protection of this know-how against its unlawful use.
