"Necklace of the Earth" is the title of an article published at the end of this year in the newspaper "Znamya Yunosty" with an interview of the inventor Anatoly Yunitskiy from Gomel, in which he spoke about his extraordinary and ambitious project "General Planetary Vehicle" (GPV).

It is encouraging that lately the interest to this original idea has increased significantly. Yunitskiy's "magic wheel" was highlighted on the pages of "Komsomolskaya Pravda", the weekly "Nedelya", journals "Belarus" and "Technology and science", the bulletin of the Soviet Peace Committee "XX Century and peace". A recent report came from London that the authoritative international journal "Space Flight" is going to reprint the article from "Znamya Yunosty".

In the editorial mail addressed to Anatoly Yunitskiy and in the letters sent directly to him, readers ask many questions related to the implementation of the project, the progress of the preparatory work. The correspondent of the newspaper "Znamya Yunosty" met with Anatoly Yunitskiy and requested him to answer these and some other questions.
