On April 30, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, Ruler of Dubai, approved the package of projects proposed by the country's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). Prior to this, SkyWay project was presented to Sheikh Mohammed during the World Government Summit.
